The entrance of this home opens to a Great Room with a Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. The Dining Area has a glass table and white leather chairs to compliment the white leather barstool at the kitchen breakfast bar. Kitchen has Caesar stone counter tops and Stainless Steel Appliances. Living Room has a conversation area with a comfortable sofa and love seat. Take a step up to the raised Family Room featuring a sectional seating area surrounding a 61” Flat Panel TV. This home features 2 Full Master Suites, each with its own Bath, King size beds and both Overlook a Fabulous Pool and head on Unobstructed Views of the Mountains. Two Bathrooms feature glass tiles and rain head showers, as added Bonus One of the Masters has a Temperpedic Memory Foam Mattress. There is a 3rd Bedroom with King size bed plus an additional Bonus Room used as an Office with High Speed Internet access and a Queen Sofa Sleeper which converts to 4th Bedroom. The Outdoor living space includes Dining for 6, Stainless Steel BBQ Gas Grill, Fire Pit, Daybed Couches all surrounding a Large Saltwater/Saline Pool with Tanning Beds and a Jacuzzi for 8 people. Back dropped assorted Fruit trees: Lemon, Grapefruit, Pomegranate, Avocado, Orange and Banana.
