Overview
Rosewood, was completely re-built in June of 2004. This private, gated and walled 3 bedroom + Den, 3 bath mid-century modern home is located in the prestigious neighborhood of Deepwell just minutes from Downtown Palm Springs. Upon entering through the glass front door you see the acid etched and highly polished concrete floors, the original 50’s flagstone fireplace as well as the open views to the garden, pool area and mountains. The floor plan is L shaped around the pool area and completely open from the Fourier to the living room, dining room and kitchen.
