It is a 2nd floor unit with 2 sunny balconies one with mountain and golf course views. The master bedroom looks out to the Golf course and is adorned with a king size bed. There is a pair of twin beds that can be put togather as a king in the 2nd bedroom. The Living room and dining room are decorated with style and comfort for short or longer stays. The kitchen has everything you would want to prepare a large meal or just a quick snack.
Mesquite Golf & Country Club, with its 18 hole champainship course layout, designed by Bert Stamps in 1985. Features 5 lakes and large trees lining the fairways. The view of the surrounding mountains is breathtaking. The course is challenging for all skills.
The clubhouse is a beautiful Spanish style, with over 15000 square feet, including a full restaurant, banquet area, cocktail lounge, pro shop, snack bar, two racquet ball courts and grass practice range.
The dining room is a culinary experience. Views from the balcony of the panoramic mountains and lush fairways are exceptional.
