Put Simply it's a five bedroom family house, with a separate children's quarters, TV room and children's bathroom.
Huge open plan kitchen, chefs tools provided. Glasses, plates and coffee, tea making equipment all provided as is cutlery and oven equipment. Center Island provides seating for four if formality is not your thing. The living room has a huge wood burning fire, If Backgammon or pool is your game we have lovely tables of games to play on and a pinball machine which only accepts quarters. Use other coins it jams the slot, so call out will be charged for. Flat screen televisions are in all adult bedrooms, master and master Bath has it's own DVD / CD / radio surround sound.
The guest quarters are on the other side of the house from the Kids not far enough not to hear them, with separate guest bathroom, shared between, both guest bedrooms have closed hanging space.
Main Bedroom has its own bathroom / shower & separate dressing room. The shower has a seat, separate shower heads for the body as well as your head, Firm bars are also on either side of the shower and on the right of the bath for safty.
The house is wheelchair friendly providing you stick to the concrete.
A separate dining area / party room, leads to an outside patio with its own fireplace and seating area, with outside misters close to the pool & Spa.
Small gardens are on both sides of the house entire property is walled. Great for small pets.
Childrens toys, a small selection of games , books & Dolls . Monitors and a child seat can be arranged with notice. All linen provided. There is even a ( baby's bed ).
Plenty of plastic cups are provided for the pool area.
The house is available for filming, Corporate getaways, medical packages can be arranged anytime. With the chocolate Mountain range and the Santa Rosa mountains either side of the property it makes the views at times spectacular.
